I am glad that you noticed we are pet friendly as an added value pets stay free we want for the whole family to be able to come and stay with us. We do also have our premium room that has a coffee maker, hair dryer, upgraded linens, an iron and ironing board, a microwave and fridge, as well as a welcome snack box. We have many different room types and it sounds like you were in one of our standard rooms which is a very basic room. We do not offer breakfast but we do have an IHOP on property that is open 24/7 and coffee and tea available in the lobby all day. I agree with you on how amazing the location of our hotel is we are so close to everything that Naples has to offer from our Zoo and Botanical Gardens to Downtown 5th Ave and all the great shops and restaurants. Our Quality Team works hard to keep all of our rooms clean and smelling good, but if there is ever an issue of any nature brought to our attention we will do anything we have to to make it right by our guest. I apologize that your room did not feel clean and had an odd smell.
